Yes, once again Movember has rolled around and it’s the time of year that we bring to light the issues highlighting men’s physical and mental health. Organizations such as the Movember Foundation and the Walnut Foundation have been committed to champion these important causes.

The fallout for keeping these issues in the dark are particularly troubling…

(the) rates of death from Prostate cancer are 2 – 9 times higher in the Caribbean than in the United States. The study also reported that prostate cancer accounted for 18% – 47% of cancer deaths.

So what can we do, especially when early detection of this type of illness is the key to fixing this problem? We can raise awareness by talking about men’s health and donating to organizations who supports these causes.
