Retreat Costs
$330 per person – 4 in a room (quad occupancy)
$350 per person – 3 in a room (triple occupancy)
$400 per person – 2 in a room (double occupancy)
$500 per person – 1 in a room (single occupancy)

Q: Can I make a down payment?
A: Yes. Down payments can be made through the COGOP payment link above.
Q: What types of rooms have been blocked off?
A: With the acception of single rooms, all other rooms will come with two double beds. Click here to view rooms.
Q: What meal arrangments will there be?
A: Our retreat will provide Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast. No meal will be provided on Friday night.
Q: What is the minimum age requirement for young men to attend Retreat?
A: Officially young men 15 years and older can attend with their fathers or a parent approved chaperone. Permissions and permission forms should be arranged according to the policies of the local churches. If you are not connected to a local church, contact COGOP National Office for further inquiries (905) 625-1278. Youth 13 and 14 years old may also attend with their fathers or a parent approved chaperone.
Q: Will the Retreat be discounted for young men?
A: Young men 19 and younger will pay a flat rate fee based on our fundraising efforts. This will be determined soon.
We are asking Pastors and Local Leaders to encourage their congregations and members to help reduce the costs for their young men. Financial help can be made directly to the young person, your local men’s leaders or etransferred to the National Office (conference@cogop.ca) -please include a message that the money is for Men’s Retreat Fundraising.
