Tavaughan “Will” Plummer is an experienced Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant at Trillium Health Partners, committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients on their path to recovery. With a diverse clinical background, Tavaughan has worked across multiple healthcare settings, including the Emergency Department, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Stroke Unit, Rehabilitation and Surgical units, as well as addiction clinics in Barrie, Ontario.
He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his practice, grounded in formal training from Georgian College as a Pharmacy Technician and Humber College as an Occupational/Physiotherapy Assistant. His approach is further enhanced by over eight years as a Certified Personal Trainer, giving him a deep understanding of movement, function, and long-term wellness.
Tavaughan’s broad clinical experience—from acute care to complex rehabilitation and addiction services—has shaped his holistic, patient-centered approach. He is passionate about helping individuals regain independence, improve function, and lead healthier lives.
