Privacy Policy MYMA

1. We will only use email information for communication purposes, it will be accessible to the National Team and the Local Leaders and Team Members.  

2. Mailchimp will be used to communicate with Pastors, Local Leaders and Team Members and Men of Eastern Canada.  Individuals can unsubscribe at any time from receiving emails from the National Team at the bottom of each email.

3. Cell numbers will be accessible to National Team and Local Leaders and Team Members.  National Team and Local Leaders and Team Members who share cell phone number information from the Directory should get permission to do so from the individuals whose number they are sharing.

4. If you have contact information in the National Directory, it is assumed that you understand that it will be shared between the National, Local and Team members without the need to for getting any further permissions.  

5. Local leaders who provide cell numbers to the National Team will be presumed to have received permission from the individual to share this information.

6. Permission will be asked prior to connecting Local Leaders and Team Members to the “Local Leaders and Team Members” WhatsApp group.

7. Any survey information shared with the National Team will be used for feedback and planning purposes.  Survey information will be discussed anonymously and not connected with the participants.

8. Participants are under no obligation to answer questions they do not wish to share!

9. If any individual does not want their information shared amoung the National, Local and Team members, or if they want their cell numbers removed from the National Directory they should make this request in writing to eastern.canada.mensministry@gmail.com
