Bishop Dr. Roger Ball LCSW, MA
Dr. Ball has been in ministry for over 30 years during which he has served in various ministry and leadership roles. He is currently the Supervisor of the Bronx, Manhattan and Bermuda District, comprised of 8 churches within the Church of God of Prophecy’s (COGOP) Northeast Region. He also serves as the Executive Pastor of Family Worship Center – Bronx, NY, where he was previously the senior pastor for 20 years, and is the co-director of Regional Family Ministries with his wife, Senikha (Seneca).
Dr. Ball is a clinical social worker licensed by NY State and has specialized in couples counseling for over 20 years. He is the Supervisor of Social Workers for the Borough of The Bronx, within the New York City Department of Education (DOE). He has taught at New York Theological Seminary and Concordia, Mercy, and Monroe Colleges.
He currently teaches at Lehman College as well as Fordham University where he has taught for 16+ years. He earned his doctorate with a concentration in marriage and family life from Fordham University and holds two Master’s degrees (one in Religious Education and the other in Social Work) both from Fordham University.
His primary vocation is to be a husband to Senikha, his wife and ministry partner for almost 29 years, and a father to their four children – Jon, Vanessa, Michael and Addison.
