*Why did we choose the location of Cornwall? Simply, it was the best value we could offer. There will be five meals (unlimited buffet), multiple private meeting spaces on this large venue, a 24 hour gym facility that can be used especially by our young men, and the location helps us to build our Francophone presence in this ministry.
ROOM COSTS:
Registration fees covers:
- Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch & dinner, and Sunday breakfast
- Three days, two nights accommodations
- Hotel amenities
- Conference fees
- Quad Occupancy (4 per room) – $360 per person
- Triple Occupancy (3 per room) – $400 per person
- Double Occupancy (2 per room) – $460 per person
- Single Occupancy (1 per room) – $540
DOWN PAYMENTS:
Down payments for this year’s Retreat will be half the cost of the selected room.
- Quad room down payment – $180
- Triple room down payment – $200
- Double room down payment – $230
- Single room down payment – $270
REFUNDS:
All down payments and registration received after July 31 will be non-refundable.
ELECTIVE CHOICES:
The man and young men will have an opportunity to select and various electives. The first session of electives will have a choice between the Health Session and Financial Session.

2026 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
This year we will be having a basketball tournament and we are asking all churches to bring a team of their young men. (Larger churches may bring more than one team.)

OTHER THINGS HAPPENING
There will be a Weekend Dominoes Tournament!
There will be Music and Talent on Saturday night!

- Registrations or down payments made after July 31 will be non-refundable
- Full payment must be by August 31 to complete registration
